Jennifer Lee Koss is an entrepreneur and investor, passionate about supporting, uplifting, and making a change in the lives of entrepreneurs and working families. A founding partner of Springbank Collective, an organization that invests in early-stage companies that are re-imagining work, building the care infrastructure, and creating solutions for working families — with a goal of a more inclusive future.

In 2012, Jen co-founded BRIKA, a business focused on helping businesses with innovative, curated retail experiences, and was CEO until August 2020. Previous to BIRKA, she worked in the management, consulting, investment banking, and private equity spaces. She serves on the Board of Directors at Komplett Group, Active Brands AS, Dream Unlimited and Sneakersnstuff and in addition, is a Julliard-trained cellist, mother of 4 children and graduate of Harvard University, Oxford University, and Harvard Business School.
