Fellows Selection Committee

The Fellows Selection Committee is responsible each year for selecting C100’s cohort of Canadian-led early-stage startups supported in our signature fellowship program, C100 Fellows. This dynamic Committee is made up of successful founders, investors and executives who play a vital part in evaluating and selecting the C100 Fellows cohort from a large, competitive pool of candidates.

Throughout the year, and at C100’s flagship event 48Hrs, this Committee aims to support, inspire and connect these promising entrepreneurs to the community.

This committee is in high demand and is by application only.

How it supports
  • Select an annual cohort of C100 Fellows from amongst many competitive candidates
    • Evaluate submissions from early-stage startups in small groups
    • Actively participate in a larger, group evaluation to review and rank the applications, narrowing down to a group of finalists
  • Refine the Member value proposition on an ongoing basis
Meet the committee

2021’s Fellows Selection Committee was made up of 49 people from across disciplines such as investing, technical leadership, growth, legal, and those looking to learn about early-stage investing.

Investing time with C100 fills me with optimism and passion for the next wave of Canadian entrepreneurs. As a Charter Member, I am plugged into many ways to share my experience and give back to the very ecosystem that provided me with countless opportunities. C100 is about community, paying it forward, and remembering just how great it is to be a Canadian.
