Mission Statement

Canada is a world-class country that has the potential to be a global leader in the evolution of CleanTech.  Our purpose is to ensure that young Canadian CleanTech companies and the entrepreneurs that birth them are appropriately resourced to thrive in today’s global economy.  We aim to harness the combined capabilities of the innovation engine of Silicon Valley, the multinational and domestic reach of the Canadian corporate ecosystem and the influence and support of the Canadian political environment to assist best of breed Canadian startups in growing into meaningful global companies.

In Action

C100 is a collective of expatriate Canadians living and working in Silicon Valley that share an appreciation for the wealth of capabilities housed within Canada.  The founding members of C100 saw an opportunity to augment these capabilities with the unique skills, experiences and resources of the Silicon Valley innovation engine, with the goal of using initial successes to catalyze broader engagement among the corporate and government communities of Canada.  These collaborations have a singular purpose: to accelerate and expand the growth trajectories of Canadian companies by helping high potential Canadian startups develop the requisite attributes for success: global mindset and ambition, access to capital, development of world-class management teams, universally recognized technology validation and pilot projects, corporate partnerships, and government support.
