C100 Connection: During the last 48hrs in the Valley in June, we met LemonStand's CEO Danny Halarewich and COO Scott Szarapka, two awesome entrepreneurs from Vancouver ready to take on the Valley. LemonStand was one of the 20 chosen Canadian startups to participate in this 2 day event, and both Danny and Scott had a kick ass time (see pic from day 2 below).

Danny describes his experience at the event: "48hrs in the Valley helped us make valuable connections outside of our local scene and comfort zone. Spending time with other entrepreneurs and investors from various backgrounds and stages of their journey was inspiring and motivating." 48hrs really is a great opportunity to expand one's network and make lasting connections, and it exposes startups, like LemonStand, to the core of the C100 community that really wants to see Canadian companies go further. So we're stoked to hear that the event, as Danny says, "got LemonStand on people's radar, generating inbound interest from partners and investors."

Congrats to the whole LemonStand crew on this funding announcement!
