The C100 Growth Program addresses the key challenges faced by rapidly scaling companies in the Canadian tech ecosystem: limited access to risk-tolerant capital, experienced leaders with global scaling experience, and a strong community willing to provide personalized mentoring opportunities.

We offer a full year of comprehensive support for scaling companies - their CEOs and leadership teams - with in-person and online workshops, customized mentoring, role-based peer groups, and extensive access to Silicon Valley’s ecosystem of resources.

Our mission is to transform Canada into a global technology powerhouse. By 2030, we aim to propel more than 100 Canadian technology and tech-enabled companies past $100M in ARR and elevate dozens to surpass ARR of $1B.
